OUR LEGS – IMPORTANCE OF WALKING

Walking is the best ever known exercise to keep our body fit. Doctors suggest everyone to walk at least 1 km per day. There is a reason behind these advices. The above picture clearly shows that organs of our body have sensory touches at our foot. At each point of out foot each organs nerve terminates, hence if we press those points it activates the corresponding organ. By careful study of our entire foot it’s really possible to relive pain caused due to each organ and it is done by just activating the end nerves that terminates on our foot. This becomes a part of an acupuncture treatment. This information really amazed me and it works out too.So thought of sharing it with you friends. God is great and he created our body so well that he thought even this! He made us to walk, so each time when we press our foot, all the organs get activated.
