BREATHING

We Live because We Breathe. Breathing is an action by which we inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide. Our blood and heart needs specific amount of oxygen to circulate to all parts of our body.Oxygen is got from the external environment through the process of breathing. Hence breathing is one of the important actions performed by our body. To lead a healthy life, we should get necessary and pure oxygen for our body and we should also follow certain breathing disciplines. It’s very difficult to inhale pure air in city life due to air pollution. Breathing is a continuous action, therefore we should avoid going to areas where they burn plastics and we should also avoid being in place where cigars are used. Early in the morning , we should slowly inhale fresh air and ensure that, it reaches your lungs and then exhale it out slowly. Due to the absence of good breathing practices and polluted air, many people suffer from asthma. To avoid this,we should practice certain breathing exercise and yoga. Know the importance of breathing and spend at least half an hour a day to breathe pure air. Good Day.
