There are generally several habits known to us, but water habits?? What’s that?? Let us find out. No Water No Life, this tells you the importance of water. An information to be known is that, when you follow certain type of water habits, you can cure many diseases. This looks amazing but it’s true, for example Japanese follow certain water habits like,they drink around 4*160ml ml of water as soon as they wake up in the morning and that too before brushing, after that they won’t eat or drink for 45 minutes. Then after breakfast, lunch or dinner they won’t eat or drink anything for 2 hours. By following these practices for 30 days, they proved that it could cure diseases like high blood pressure and diabetics. Following this for around 180 days, could even cure and control cancer. These practices are very effective and this kind of treatment has no side effects. But in the beginning u may tend to urinate often. Then another practice of Chinese and Japanese is that, they have hot tea after their meals, anything hot after a meal is affordable because hot things will break the heavy particles and hence they wont accumulate on the wall of the vessels when travel through. But cold water solidifies those materials and they get deposited along the sides of the wall which causes blockage diseases. Hence water habits should be known and practiced by all.
