YOGA

Healthy mind and healthy body makes a complete man. For maintaining a healthy body, we have exercises,running and jogging. But to keep our mind fresh and healthy we have only 2 ways, they are sleeping and yoga. Sleeping relaxes our mind, yoga makes our mind fresh and helps us to keep our mind and ourself as young as possible. Hence,to lead a youthful life for around 50 years yoga is absolutely necessary. Several types of positions and asana in yoga are there, which will mainly intend to improve your blood circulation in your body and even to our brains. Hence we feel fresh in all ways. Certain postures while practicing improves your body flexibility. For example let us take pathahasthasana,in this asana u have to stand up then bend yourself and touch your legs with your fingers. This type of asana improves spinal cord flexibility, encourages blood circulation and releases any air block inside your body. This way each asana should be performed in particular manner and each one has its own significance. We should learn them perfectly and practice them for atleast 1 hour per day to maintain a body and mind fitness. To enjoy youth life for many years, practice yoga. Good Day.
