YOGA
Healthy mind and healthy body makes a complete man. For maintaining a healthy body, we have exercises,running and jogging. But to keep our mind fresh and healthy we have only 2 ways, they are sleeping and yoga. Sleeping relaxes our mind, yoga makes our mind fresh and helps us to keep our mind and ourself as young as possible. Hence,to lead a youthful life for around 50 years yoga is absolutely necessary. Several types of positions and asana in yoga are there, which will mainly intend to improve your blood circulation in your body and even to our brains. Hence we feel fresh in all ways. Certain postures while practicing improves your body flexibility. For example let us take pathahasthasana,in this asana u have to stand up then bend yourself and touch your legs with your fingers. This type of asana improves spinal cord flexibility, encourages blood circulation and releases any air block inside your body. This way each asana should be performed in particular manner and each one has its own significance. We should learn them perfectly and practice them for atleast 1 hour per day to maintain a body and mind fitness. To enjoy youth life for many years, practice yoga. Good Day.

BREATHING
We Live because We Breathe. Breathing is an action by which we inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide. Our blood and heart needs specific amount of oxygen to circulate to all parts of our body.Oxygen is got from the external environment through the process of breathing. Hence breathing is one of the important actions performed by our body. To lead a healthy life, we should get necessary and pure oxygen for our body and we should also follow certain breathing disciplines. It’s very difficult to inhale pure air in city life due to air pollution. Breathing is a continuous action, therefore we should avoid going to areas where they burn plastics and we should also avoid being in place where cigars are used. Early in the morning , we should slowly inhale fresh air and ensure that, it reaches your lungs and then exhale it out slowly. Due to the absence of good breathing practices and polluted air, many people suffer from asthma. To avoid this,we should practice certain breathing exercise and yoga. SLEEP – NECCESARY MINIMUM AMOUNT
Sleep – it is a resting process followed by each and every organism that exist in this world. Sleep is one of the most important and necessary ingredients for a healthy life. Each and every individual should follow good sleeping habits. Excess of sleep make you lazy and very less amount of sleep makes you tired, both are not good for health. A good practice of sleeping is, we should sleep at correct time; it should be an undisturbed continuous and deep sleep without any problem. Each person needs at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep a day. This is necessary and compulsory to lead a healthy life. For an undisturbed night sleep, u should satisfy 2 conditions. First ,u should work hard during day time and secondly u should not sleep in between during day hours. If you follow this u will surely get a deep sleep without any tablets. During sleeping hours our brains cell relaxes and this relaxation is necessary for the brain to perform actively. When u dont take rest, your brain cannot recollect the data immediately and you will undergo memory problems. To avoid such problems, minimum amount of sleep is necessary and sleeping habit should be strictly followed.Good Day.

WATER HABITS
There are generally several habits known to us, but water habits?? What’s that?? Let us find out. No Water No Life, this tells you the importance of water. An information to be known is that, when you follow certain type of water habits, you can cure many diseases. This looks amazing but it’s true, for example Japanese follow certain water habits like,they drink around 4*160ml ml of water as soon as they wake up in the morning and that too before brushing, after that they won’t eat or drink for 45 minutes. Then after breakfast, lunch or dinner they won’t eat or drink anything for 2 hours. By following these practices for 30 days, they proved that it could cure diseases like high blood pressure and diabetics. Following this for around 180 days, could even cure and control cancer. These practices are very effective and this kind of treatment has no side effects. But in the beginning u may tend to urinate often. Then another practice of Chinese and Japanese is that, they have hot tea after their meals, anything hot after a meal is affordable because hot things will break the heavy particles and hence they wont accumulate on the wall of the vessels when travel through. But cold water solidifies those materials and they get deposited along the sides of the wall which causes blockage diseases. Hence water habits should be known and practiced by all.
